Simplify

My first step will be to simplify FlowLua so that all it does is run a main.lua file - I will remove all the other complexity that exists there.

Then I will try and pass it the arguments given the flow lua command line which should be quite simple - it's just an array which is expressed as a Lua table. This is pleasant thing to do on Saturday morning when I stuck at home hiding from the police who are doing their best to protect sexual predators and want to talk to me to say - Eliot! Sexual predators should be left in peace and not have to have embarassing public conversations about being sexual predators.
