Wire
Wire transfers in banks are notoriously manual and involve extremely unsafe practices.
It's easy to get a number wrong and send a million instead of $100,000.
Bank legacy interfaces are confusing and poorly laid out.
Flow Money addresses these issues by bypassing traditional IT bottlenecks and enabling ordinary users—such as Eddie Keung at RBC Bank—to build a screen integration on top of existing legacy systems. This will also facilitate the automatic generation and distribution of clearly formatted emails to key stakeholders for every transfer.
Additionally, it enables a safer way to test the process: users can easily make a smaller transfer first to ensure the correct routing before committing to transferring a larger amount, thereby minimizing the risk of misrouted funds.
Unlike conventional systems, Flow Money is not constrained by outdated decisions of past IT teams or the limitations imposed by legacy vendors. Flow Money can be used without IT approval.
Users will be able to simply download it and put it to work—eliminating unnecessary delays and allowing them to meet their needs directly, without waiting for IT staff who may not fully understand their requirements
