We’re excited to announce that we are transitioning to our new billing platform, Flow Money, to streamline our processes. We will be gradually switching over to this updated infrastructure. Paul Gannon is leading this initiative.

We are excited as a team to implement this new approach, which is one of a number of innovations we want to bring to market.

What’s changing?
We’re moving away from our old model of customized service arrangements, bespoke contracts, and elaborate procurement. These processes had become slow and labor-intensive. With Iguana as our proven, reliable core product, this level of complexity is no longer necessary.

Why are we making this change?
Our founder, Eliot Muir, has emphasized that excess management and back-and-forth communication were hindering our efficiency and distracting us from our main purpose: delivering dependable, effective technology. By simplifying our operations and team structure, we’re refocusing on stability, transparency, and technical excellence.
