Keeping water pH balance is a key part of water quality.

pH balance tells us if water is acidic, neutral, or basic (alkaline). It’s measured on a scale from 0 to 14:

Why it matters:
Keeping water at the right pH balance is important for water quality. If pH is too high or low, it can harm plants, animals, and even pipes and equipment.
